Creating legacy reports (10 m and 100 m Excel)

These instructions show how to create reports equivalent to Excel reports with a 10 m or 100 m section interval length in the previous version of RoadAI.
  1. In the toolbar, go to Lists.
  2. Select Videos as the data type.
  3. Select the videos by selecting the respective box on the left. To include all videos, select Selection > Select all.
  4. Select Action > Create report.
    The Report type window opens.
  5. In the Report type window, select Road segment interval report, and select Next.
  6. In the File format window, select Excel, and select Next.
  7. In the Distance configuration window, select Meter as the distance unit and 10 or 100 for the section interval value, depending on the type of report you need. Select Next.
  8. Select the parameters to include in the report, and select Next.
  9. In the Data validity window, select Defaults. The default filters are recommended for the most accurate data. Select Next.
  10. Select defect and score aggregation methods.
    1. For the Excel 10 m interval distance report, use Select most severe value as both Distress aggregation method and Score aggregation method.
    2. For the Excel 100 m interval distance report, use Calculate average value as both Distress aggregation method and Score aggregation method.
  11. Select Directional to calculate the driving directions separately. Select Multiple drives to combine data from more than one drive. Select Merge driving directions to combine data from opposite driving directions. Select Create to create the report.
    A notification appears in Notifications when the report is ready, and an email message is sent. Both include a download link for the report.
