Videos not visible on map
The videos used to be visible on the map, but are not anymore:
- Your data might be filtered out. It is
possible the time filters are set so that the data you are looking for is filtered out
without you noticing. Try changing the filters or resetting them. To reset filters, in the
main menu, select Data. In the toolbar, select .
By default, the Time range in the Time filters is set to 1 year. To see a video that is older than a year, the range must be changed manually. - Make sure you logged into RoadAI Web using an e-mail-based user account, not with a recording account.
Recently recorded videos are not visible on the map:
- A GPS signal was not available when
recording. Starting to record in an indoor car park can cause a delay in getting a signal,
and data recorded without a GPS signal is uploaded to RoadAI, but not visible on the map.
Videos without a GPS track are visible in Lists, but not on the map.
To decrease the likelihood of this happening, make sure the date is set correctly, and always wait for a GPS signal before starting to record. - The videos were recorded in the wrong folder. Make sure to check all folders besides the default folder.
- If only some videos are missing, check the RoadAI Mobile Application diagnostics to see if the videos have not yet uploaded.
- Check your rights with your Admin. Users need the View permission to see videos on the map.
