Video playback is slow

The most common reasons why video playback is slow are:

• Your Internet connection is slow. We recommend doing a speed test to measure your Internet speed. A minimum of 10 Mbps is recommended to run RoadAI Web smoothly.
• Too many RoadAI Web browser tabs are open. RoadAI Web works best if it is open in only one tab at a time because of browser limitations.

Possible solutions:

• Switch from SD to HD
• Close unnecessary tabs in your Internet browser
• Refresh the page
