Road network metadata not visible in video player

The most common reasons why road network metadata is only partially displayed or not at all at the top of the video player are:

• There is no road network geometry to get the metadata from.
• The road network metadata is not configured for videos and reports.
• The road network was changed or updated, but the metadata was not reconfigured after.

Possible solutions:

• Add a road network geometry if you do not already have one, and configure the road network metadata for videos and reports.
• Check the road network metadata settings and make sure all desired metadata fields are added.
