Creating PAS 2161 reports

To generate a report compliant with the PAS 2161 standard:
  1. In the main menu, go to Data.
  2. In the toolbar, select Filters.
  3. Adjust the filters to include only the specific data you want in the report.
    • Optionally, Go to Time filters and set the time range to “2 years.”
  4. In the toolbar, select Lists.
  5. Select Videos from the list.
  6. Select the videos by checking the box at the beginning of each row.
    • To include all videos, select Selection > Select all.
  7. Select Actions > Create report.
  8. In the Report type, select PAS 2161 CSV report.
  9. Select Create to generate the report.
A confirmation message appears. You will get a notification in Notifications and an email with a download link when the report is ready.
