Folder not visible in folder list

The most common reasons why a folder is not visible in the available folder list are:

  • The phone is not connected to the Internet when launching the RoadAI Mobile Application for the first time after the recording user was granted recording permission to that folder.
  • The recording user does not have recording permission to the folder.
Only users with the Admin role can manage folder access permissions.

You can try:

  • Connect the phone to the Internet via Wi‑Fi or mobile data, and then launch the RoadAI Mobile Application to see if the folder appears in the folders list.
  • In RoadAI Web, go to Settings > Folders, and select the pencil icon next of the folder's name. At the top, select All. Find the user who does not have access to the folder and select the downwards pointing arrow next to the user's name. Select Record. Select Close. The user now has the permission to record and should be able to see the folder.
