Inviting a new user

1. In the main menu, go to Settings > Accounts.
2. Select Invite new user.
   A new window opens.
3. Under User rights, select what type of rights to assign to the new user.

   By default, Internal rights include the viewing, recording, and editing permissions. Guest rights include viewing only. For each folder, make sure the permissions of individual Guest and Internal users, are properly configured in Settings > Folders.

4. Enter the new user's email address.

   You can invite multiple new users at once by entering email addresses separated by a comma.

5. Select Invite 1 person.

The new user will receive an email with the invitation. They will be asked to create a new password to start using their account.

To create an account not tied to an email address and used only for recording data, contact your RoadAI customer success manager.
