Creating annotation reports

Annotation reports collect selected annotations and show them in a table format.
Active filters affect the results displayed.
  1. In the toolbar, select Lists.
  2. In the drop-down menu at the top, select Annotations.
  3. Select the annotations to include in the report by checking the respective boxes in the first column.
    To include all the annotations, use Selection > Select all.
  4. Select Action and Create PDF report or Create Excel report.
    PDF reports include images (location on map and frame from video). They can be selected to open the annotation in RoadAI Web.
    1. The PDF report preview opens instantly in the same browser tab. Optionally, edit the layout, basemap, and zoom level settings in the panel on the right, and select Print.
    2. A notification is sent when an Excel report is ready and a link to download it is sent by email.
