Using tags

Tags are labels that can be attached to videos and point objects such as traffic signs and annotations. They are created by users. The tagging system is very flexible and can serve different purposes depending on the needs.

Here are general recommendations and suggestions on how to use tags best.

• Agree with other RoadAI users in your organization on how to use tags. Tags are case sensitive, so duplicates can accidentally be created. For example, "flooded area", and "Flooded area" would be two separate tags.
• Tags can be useful to filter data in cases where filtering by recording time or user does not provide the desired results.
• For example, adding tags to videos can help differentiate safety inspection recordings from seasonal surveys.
