Use the Annotations feature layer to find annotations on the map.

In the toolbar, go to Lists and select Annotations at the top.

To create a new annotation, go to Tools, select a frame from a video, add a tag and an optional text note.

In the toolbar, go to Filters. Edit the Time filters, select a user in General filters and a tag in Annotation filters.

Assign an action to an annotation in the detail panel. Optionally, change the frame used in the annotation image and add a text note.

In Lists, select the annotations to be included and create a report.

The PDF report contains the same metadata as in the detail panel in RoadAI Web, an image of where the annotation was created, and two maps to show its location.

Use the hyperlinks in the report to view an annotation in RoadAI Web. Once the work is completed, set the annotation status to Closed.
