Recommendations for best surveying results

To get the best surveying results, it is recommended to:

• The accuracy of data is dependent on the recording conditions. Use similar recording conditions to get comparable results.
• Make sure the windshield is clean.

• Make sure roughly 1/3 of the view is above the horizon, and 2/3 below.

• Avoid driving directly facing the sun if it is close to the horizon.

• Avoid driving when the surface of the road is wet.

• Use a polarizing filter.

• Avoid driving when it is too dark, bright, or foggy. Ideally, drive on a slightly overcast day to minimize shadows.
