Concrete condition data overlay (beta)

This data overlay is for concrete roads, not concrete roads covered with a layer of asphalt.
To make the best use of this data overlay, make sure to have information about surface type available in your road network metadata. This data overlay should only be used on surfaces that are for sure made of concrete.
important When creating a report, make sure to manually adjust the validity filters to include concrete road surfaces. By default, they are considered invalid and are not included in reports.

The Road surface condition data overlay is designed for asphalt surfaces. The Concrete condition data overlay includes distresses and fixes that are specific to concrete surfaces.

Additional distresses and fixes:

  • Longitudinal joint defectiveness
  • Transverse joint defectiveness
  • Spalling
  • Longitudinal crack sealing
  • Transverse crack sealing

Distresses not included:

  • Minor pothole
  • Moderate pothole
  • Severe pothole
  • Bleeding
  • Moderate raveling
  • Severe raveling
